Must've been really amped by the thought of being able to run again - we ended up doing 10.8k in 1hour 10mins (several walking breaks included). Not bad for someone who hasn't had any exercise in over a month...though I'm still far from 52mins (how did i manage that before?! how do i get back to that?!?! seems like such a looong way off!) Went for another run this morning, and what's embarrassing is that I started feeling weak, got sooo dizzy and had trouble breathing. First time that happened...kinda scarry.
